How long is the program?

The training program is 5 consecutive days long and lasts an hour each day. If you enroll in the VIP program there is an extra zoom call where you can ask questions and get answers directly from Jenny that starts immediately after the initial training class ends each day.

When should I expect my training materials?

The training material will be sent out prior to the training class, typically within 24 hours before so you have everything ready to log in and review. This includes training material and live class session info and links. For VIP trainees, all zoom calls will be sent prior to the first training class so you can add them to your calendar as well.

Can anyone do this program?

Anyone can take the training program. It is designed to provide material you need to kick start your weight loss journey. Although this training works for both men and women, the training class material focuses on women over the age of 40 and their hormones and how the program works in conjunction with those.

Will this program actually help me lose weight?

Yes it can! If you follow the program details outlined most people see results in as little as a week! How much effort you put in and how closely you follow the details of the program will determine the rate of your success. People have lost up to 40 pounds in the first 10 weeks. Be mindful that every person’s rate of success with weight loss can be different and work at a different pace than others due to different body types, metabolism, medications, and other health or lifestyle factors. This training program is designed to teach the basics of the program that works for the majority of the people who use it. Any personalized training can be provided by joining Jenny Boker’s full program where she creates a personalized plan just for you based on your specific needs and lifestyle. There she will provide daily and weekly health and nutrition training as well as accountability, goal success, mindfulness coaching and much more!
