My Experience & Focus

Feel Confident

Feeling sure of yourself and your abilities allows us to be better adjusted to our character, behaviors and beliefs. You don’t need approval from others, and know exactly who you are and your integrity is high.  When you feel confident you tend to make better choices and decisions that are good for you and your overall health.  You gain a positive outlook on life and increase your mental and emotional well being.  My goal is to help you overcome the barriers that hinder your confidence, set goals for yourself, increase your positive mindset and gain a renewed sense of inner beauty.

Feel Healthier

A healthy diet and of course exercise can help you stay active as you get older, giving you more time to do the things you enjoy and be with the ones you love.  There are many different ways that can be accomplished but not everything works the same for everyone.  One size doesn’t always fit all.  My goal is to find the path and program that works best for you based on your lifestyle and goals.  Being healthier both mentally and physically drives the energy we need to go out and be our best!

Feel Revitalized

Do you feel dragged down and need a kick in the booty to get going?  In order to feel restored we need to give new life by adding newness and strength which is a key to our overall well being and mindset.  My goal is to help you feel strong, healthy, energized and mindfully peaceful.  I will help you sleep smart, embrace your beauty, manage life stresses, discover passions and gain that energy we long for.   Life is too short to sit around and just watch it go by.  Let’s get revitalized!

About Me

I believe in a positive mindset. You know, everything happens for a reason – find something good in everything and every situation mentality, well, I am really good at it! I am also a major Empath.  I have worked 27 different jobs in my life allowing me to be a “Jenny of all trades.”  Some of these include car, insurance, annuity, and mortgage sales, technical roles, coaching, working with physically and mentally disabled children and adults and even dental assisting and building roofing trusses. However, the last 20 years of my career were focused in a corporate desk world where I helped numerous people get up, lose weight, feel better about themselves and find motivation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is a life coach?

A life coach is a trained professional who aims to help and guide individuals to make, meet and exceed personal and/or professional goals. They support clients on a journey to rediscover their own strengths and abilities. This can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential, managing health conditions and achieving life ambitions. By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, coaches empower clients and provide a toolkit of teachings to confidently face challenges and overcome barriers.

What happens during a session?

Coaching sessions will typically last around 50 minutes . Often, after the initial assessment, sessions can be conducted face-to-face or remotely, usually over the phone, over email, via video calls and occasionally through instant messaging. During the session, your coach will ask you some questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you’re unhappy with and where you’d like to see yourself in the future. Although your coach will work with you, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don’t feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately in a safe space. Coaching is often seen as a partnership between you and your coach, who will gently encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life based on your aspirations. Your coach should also offer support and feedback to help you to stay focused on your goals and will occasionally set you tasks and objectives to work on outside of sessions.

Are there different types of coaching?

There are many coaching styles used to address different situations and to direct a coaching session. Depending on the client’s goals and how they wish to achieve these, your coach will assess each individual and determine a coaching style from there.

Coaching or counseling?

Coaching focuses more on the client in the here and now and conducts sessions with the future as the central point to encourage personal development and self-improvement. Counseling is a form of talking therapy associated with assessing the individual in the here and now, but working to determine past events that have contributed to their client’s current struggles. A counselor will help clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies to move forward with their life. The main difference between counseling and coaching is that counseling can investigate the underlying causes of mental health problems. Coaches are not (unless specified) qualified to diagnose or treat any health-related problems, although if the situation arises they may suggest you see a general physician.

What can a coach help me with?

Coaches utilize techniques to help their clients in all aspects of life. If you’ve ever struggled with something – whether it be moving out of your comfort zone, improving your confidence or starting healthy habits, then consulting a life coach could help you. As a coach, we will approach things pragmatically. Through questions and exercises, we try to get an idea of how you perceive the world. From this, we will be able to identify the most effective route to your goal. Some people feel intimidated by the idea of change and so they need to take things slowly to fulfill their goals. In this situation, we might divide goals into smaller bite-sized pieces. Other people may get impatient and lose interest. In this situation, we might suggest introducing stronger reminders and incentives to keep individuals on track. However you approach life, we will be able to tailor your sessions to fit.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

You can have as many or as few coaching sessions as you like. However, we have a specific programs you can enroll in from 6 to 12 weeks for the course. After the initial course is finished, you can choose to continue to enroll weekly, monthly or with a new program.

Do coaches need to have qualifications?

There are no formal education, certification, or license requirements necessary for life coaching, and as the job is not regulated by a federal or state agency. However, formal training can help them and help them prepare you to deal with whatever situations come up. Generally, clients are more likely to choose a life coach who has completed formal training or attained professional certification which is why our coaches are certified or master certified on all programs we offer. Still, qualifications mean little if you don’t get on with your life coach. Rapport is one of the most important parts of life coaching. If you feel uncomfortable with your professional, you are unlikely to gain much from the session. It’s advisable to get in contact with us before you enroll to meet your coach so you can gauge how comfortable you are in their presence.

How much does life coaching cost?

The cost of coaching can vary from coach to coach and program to program, but on average you can expect to pay somewhere between $75 and $200 per session. Cost of the sessions depend on a variety of factors and goals of each individual client. Often there are packages where you can purchase a number of sessions upfront for a reduced price. Our coaching sessions are catered to meet each individual’s goals and needs. To see if a program is right for you please schedule a 1-on-1 discovery meeting with me to determine if we are the right fit for you.

Do you offer online coaching?

Yes, our programs are conveniently designed to be online or virtual with clients.
